この度、ニセコ町の宿泊税条例の施行に伴い2024年11月1日以降、ご宿泊されるすべてのお客様を対象に宿泊税が課税されることになりました。

 

宿泊税はご宿泊料金に対し、1名１泊毎に課税されます。

宿泊税はご宿泊料金とは別に条例に基づき、各宿泊施設が徴収いたします。

宿泊料金（1人1泊あたり）	税額
5,001円未満（経過措置）	100円
5,001円以上20,000円未満	200円
20,000円以上50,000円未満	500円
50,000円以上100,000円未満	1,000円
100,000円以上	2,000円

 

・ 宿泊税における宿泊料金とは、食事料金等を含まない、素泊まりの料金をいいます。

・ インターネットでご予約いただく場合、表示される合計金額に宿泊税は含まれて

　 おりませんので、別途お支払いいただく必要がございます。

※事前決済でお申込みいただいたご予約も、宿泊税はチェックアウトの際にご負担をお願い致します。

・ 素泊まりの料金にかかるサービス料

 

【ご宿泊料金に含まれないもの】※課税対象外となるもの

・ 消費税等の額に相当する金額

Due to the enforcement of Niseko Town's accommodation tax ordinance, from November 1, 2024, accommodation tax will be levied on all guests staying overnight.

 

Accommodation tax is levied on the accommodation fee per person per night.

Accommodation tax is collected separately from the accommodation fee by each accommodation facility based on the ordinance.
